HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We thank you for visiting our on-line store. You are welcome to browse through it. Our web site is an easy to use catalog. Please research categories, pictures, prices and item quantities. Once you find the item you want to purchase, click and highlight the package size of that item, enter the number of packages you would like to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on it. You can delete any item from your shopping cart at any time before you check out.

We accept orders placed online thru our secure web site only. We don’t take orders placed by telephone, fax and mail.


 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders  Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose, please check the “SHIPPING METHODS” section.


 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

No, we don’t have a minimum order amount.


 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We don’t charge tax on orders shipped outside of Rhode Island. We sell only to businesses in RI. If you have a billing/shipping address in Rhode Island, you must have a registered business in the State, and you must e-mail us a copy of the tax exemption certificate.  You will not be charged sales tax.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We accept Money Orders and personal checks. Please allow a few days for your check to clear, before the order is shipped.


 

ARE MY ONLINE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE?

Yes, all online transactions at www.EurekaCrystalBeads.com are secure, handled with industry-standard SSL encryption, which ensures that the data you enter on our website is protected from unauthorized use. The data is transmitted in an encrypted form over the Internet and decoded when it gets to Eureka Beads.


 

WILL YOU CONFIRM MY ORDER?

Yes, shortly after you place your order on EurekaCrystalBeads.com we will send you a confirmation number to the e-mail address you provided us with when you placed an order. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number directly from USPS, or UPS.


 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. Please e-mail us with any change as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you.


 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

USPS 1st CLASS MAIL - $3.49 FLAT CHARGE (Insurance not included)

If your order is  under $50 in value you can have it shipped 1st Class Mail. USPS 1st Class Mail is usually delivered in 3 to 10 business days. Delivery time is not guaranteed and delays happen. All 1st Class Mail Packages will include delivery confirmation.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL - $4.99 FLAT CHARGE (Insurance not included)

If your order is over $50 you can have it shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is delivered in 2 to 5 business days. All Priority Mail Packages will include delivery confirmation.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL - $20 FLAT CHARGE

This USPS service is the most economical method for overnight delivery. Some areas are not guaranteed overnight delivery. The Post Office will deliver on Saturday.


 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  No, at this time we don't ship to the addresses outside of the United States.
 

ARE SHIPMENTS INSURED?

We offer insurance for all packages. You don’t have to have your USPS shipment insured, but we recommend you do. We do not replace/refund any uninsured shipments which have been lost, or damaged in transit. See “SHIPPING” for insurance rates.


 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

No, we don’t allow customers to pick up orders placed on line.


 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from EurekaCrystalBeads.com. We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized by Eureka Beads customer service. Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required. You may return merchandise for a company credit only. Returned products must be in the same condition and packaging. Original Swarovski packages, that have been opened, cannot be returned. Jewelry sets are not returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless a return was caused by our error. We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for a full credit.

WHAT IS YOUR BACKORDER POLICY?
We don’t accept backorders. We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels and keep information on our website up to date. You cannot order items that have a “SOLD” marked next to them. On occasion we may run out of an item at the time of your order. Should this happen, we will notify you via a return e-mail and ship only what we have in stock.


 

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?

No. We are an online store only. We travel to 30+ bead shows every year. You are welcome to visit our booth at a show. For more information check the Show Schedule.


 

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?

No. Our website serves as our catalog. We update it on a continuous basis.


 

WHY CAN’T I FIND A PRODUCT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ORDERED?

That product might have been discontinued and we cannot reorder it.


 

DO YOU FREQUENTLY CHANGE YOUR PRICES?

We change our prices very rarely but reserve the right to change any price without notice.
