RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All returns have to be pre-approved and require a RA# in order to be processed.

You may exchange, or return merchandise for a company credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise has to be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Sealed Swarovski factory packages cannot be returned if opened. Jewelry sets cannot be returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless a return was caused by our error. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for a full credit.
