We thank you for visiting our online store. You are welcome to browse through it. Our website is an easy to use catalog. Browse through our large selection or use the search tools at the top of the page to find exactly what you are looking for. Once you find the item you want to purchase, pick a quantity to add to your shopping cart, keeping in mind that you are choosing the number of packages rather than beads (the number of beads per package will be listed in the product description). If you are not sure how many beads you are purchasing, a counter will pop up over the quantity window when you roll over it with your mouse (so it will tell you that 3 packages of 24 will be 72 beads). To view the items in your shopping cart, click view cart in the upper right hand corner. Here you may remove items or update quantities at any time while you shop. The number of items in your shopping cart as well as your purchase total will be visible at all times in the upper right hand corner. When you are ready to purchase, you may click checkout.
In a rare event of a return being caused by our mistake we will right away arrange for the exchange or a full refund at no cost to you. Please notify us about the discrepancy upon receipt of your order.
Defective or damaged items:
Please check your order carefully. Defective or damaged items must be reported to Eureka Crystal Beads immediately upon receipt of your order (within 48 hours). Returned defective merchandise is not subject to a restocking fee. Returned defective merchandise will be inspected by our quality control department and will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Eureka Crystal Beads. A replacement will be mailed to you at no charge. We will not substitute a different item for any damaged or defective item. Please note that as a distributor we don't have any control over how our jewelry components are used and we are not responsible for damage caused during application.
Items unqualified for a return:

4. Jewelry kits, sets, patterns and instructions
5. Items on 50% sales and final sales
6. Items Shipped outside the United States
You may return any qualified merchandise within 60 days of the date of purchase. After 60 days please contact us.
1.You don't have to contact us for a return authorization. Just mail your unwanted merchandise back to us.
2.Merchandise must be returned unused, in original packaging and with a copy of an invoice on which returned items are marked.
4.Please use padded envelope or a box to secure your return and prevent merchandise damage.
5.Shipping cost is not refundable.
Specify (on an invoice) how you would like to have your return credited. If you are a registered customer and don't specify it we will issue you a store credit, if you are a guest we will issue you a credit card/paypal credit.
Return refund rules for registered customers:
1. You may request store credit. Store credit doesn't expire and can be used towards future purchases at EurekaCrystalBeads.com . Store credit is not subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please note that the value of the items you are returning may drop your original order total to a level which doesn't qualify for free shipping. In that instance we will deduct actual shipping cost from your refund.
2. You may request a credit card/paypal credit. Credit card/paypal credit is a subject to a 5% restocking fee. Restocking fee covers credit card/paypal financial transaction fees. Please note that the value of the items you are returning may drop your original order total to a level which doesn't qualify for free shipping. In that instance we will deduct actual shipping cost from your refund.

If you have placed an order as a guest and don't have an account with Eureka Crystal Beads you will get a credit card/paypal credit. Credit card/paypal credit is a subject to a 5% restocking fee. How do I make a return:
1. Read our return policy for return rules.
2. Mail your return to Eureka Crystal Beads.
Our registered customers also have an option of going to a refund page from their account and entering refund information there. Should you preffer to do a refund online you don't have to send us any paperwork with your return.
To do a refund online you have to:
1)Log into our store, then go to My Account.
2) Go to Completed Orders
3) Fill out the items on the return request
4) Click Submit Return Request
5) Follow the Return Instructions
