In what form will I receive my coupon?

The coupons will be distributed in the form of personalized codes you can apply to your next order at checkout. You will receive your coupon via email, to the address provided with the order that earns you a coupon.

What amount will I get on my coupon?

There are 3 tiers, and you can get one coupon for an order within each tier:

• Order total from $45 to $74.99 = $5 coupon
• Order total from $75 to $124.99 = $10 coupon
• Order total over $125 = $15 coupon

What does "order total" include?

Your "order total" is the value of your order before taxes and shipping—this is the amount that will be considered for coupons.

When will I get my coupon?

The coupons will be emailed to all eligible shoppers between 11/28 and 12/1.

How can I use my coupon?

To use your coupon with your next order, simply enter the code you receive in the email (copy&paste is best) in your cart under "Add coupon" or at checkout under "Coupon/Gift Certificate".

Will I get multiple coupons if I make multiple orders?

Well, yes and no. We've made it so that you can only get one coupon for each tier, but this means if you place 3 separate orders, each within a different tier, you will receive 3 coupons. For instance, if you place one order totaling $46, another totaling $79 and a third one for $130, you will get all three coupons, which means $30 off to use on your future orders!

How many times can I use my coupon?

You can use your coupon one time—they will all be single-use, i.e. you can only apply each to one order.

For how long will my coupon be valid?

You can use your coupon with any future order at any time until January 31st, 2024.

Is there a minimum order to which the coupon can be applied?

No, there is no minimum order amount for the coupons. After you've earned a $5, $10 or $15 coupon, you can even apply it to an order totaling $5, $10 and $15 and therefore shop for free!
