We don’t take orders placed by telephone, fax and mail.
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out of stock" on our website. On occasion we may have fewer items in stock than what you ordered. Should this happen, we will notify you via a return e-mail and ship only what we have in stock with an adjusted invoice.
We don’t accept backorders.
You may return any qualified merchandise within 60 days of the date of purchase. After 60 days please contact us.

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose, please check the “SHIPPING METHODS” section.
We don’t charge tax on orders shipped outside of Rhode Island.
If you have a billing/shipping address in Rhode Island you will be charged a 7% RI sales tax.

If the entire order constitutes a pre-order it will be shipped via the shipping method chosen by a customer on the pre-order release date. If pre-ordered items and in-stock items are mixed in one order, in-stock items will be held up and shipped together with the pre-order items.Please place orders for pre-sale items separately from in-stock items. If you combine in-stock items with pre-sale items in the same order in stock items will be held up and shipped together on the date the pre-sale items are scheduled to be released.
