Every dollar you spend on crystal beads, seed beads, Czech glass, findings, and supplies earns you 1 Sparkle Point. Points are awarded on the product total — shipping and taxes do not earn points. Make sure you're logged in before you check out!
Write a Product Review
Share your honest opinion and help fellow beaders! Earn 30 Sparkle Points for a high-quality review that includes a photo or video, or 15 Sparkle Points for a thoughtful written review without media. Reviews must be on verified purchases through your linked account, and are approved by our team before points are awarded.
Birthday Bonus
We love celebrating with you! Set your birthday inside the Rewards app (go to Earning Points → Celebrate a Birthday → Set) and receive 500 Sparkle Points every year on your birthday. Note: your birthday must be set at least one month before it arrives to receive points that year.
Subscribe to Our YouTube Channel

Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I not earning points?
You must be logged into your account before checking out — guest orders do not earn Sparkle Points. Make sure the email on your Rewards account matches the one you use to log in and place orders.
Why didn't I get birthday points?
Your birthday must be entered in the Rewards app at least one month before your birthday. If you set it the day before, points will be awarded next year. Go to Earning Points → Celebrate a Birthday → Set to add your birthday now.
Where did my Sparkle Points go?
When you redeem points for a Reward coupon, your points balance decreases — you've traded them in for a discount code. Also note that Sparkle Points reset annually, so make sure you redeem before your points expire. If you returned a purchase that had earned points, those points will be deducted from your balance.
How do I check my points balance?
Click the pink Rewards oval button at the bottom left of any page on our site while logged in. Your current Sparkle Points balance will be displayed there.
My Reward code isn't working — help!
A few things to check:
- Your order may not meet the minimum purchase amount.
- The letter O and the number 0 can look similar — try both, or copy and paste your code directly.
- You may already have a different coupon code applied — only one code can be used per order.
- Your Reward code may have expired (codes are valid for 6 months).
I forgot to apply my Reward code — can you apply it retroactively?
Unfortunately, we're unable to apply a Reward code to an order that has already been placed. We recommend keeping your code somewhere handy so you don't forget — the Rewards app will always display it until you use it.
Can Reward codes be combined with other coupon codes?
No — only one coupon code can be applied per order. This includes Reward codes, Referral codes, and any promotional codes.
Can I give my Sparkle Points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable — they belong to your account only and cannot be shared or moved to another account.
How do I earn points for leaving a review?
Make sure you're logged in, then navigate to the product page you'd like to review and click Write a Review. Fill in your name, email, rating, and all fields, then click Submit. Reviews are approved by our team before points are awarded — this helps us keep reviews thoughtful and genuine. Only verified purchases from your linked account qualify. Reviews submitted through the email you received after purchase also count.
The best way to get your review approved: be specific, helpful, and sincere. One-word reviews and reviews mentioning competitor brands will not be published.
