How does this Rewards Program work?
It’s very simple! All you have to do is collect Sparkle Points which you can redeem for Rewards!
How to Collect Sparkle Points
Collect Eureka’s Sparkle Points on things you are already doing like sharing your opinion, reviewing a product or subscribing to our channel in addition to collecting points on purchases! Points are subject to change at any time so stay tuned for special promotions where you can earn bonus points! Just click on the pink oval marked 'Rewards' to get started!

Earn 225 Sparkle Points as soon as you Activate your Account!
Earn 1 Sparkle Point for every $1 you spend
Earn 500 Sparkle Points on your birthday (make sure to let us know your birthday to unlock this benefit!) You can set your birthday with the click of a button. Go to “earning points” “celebrate a birthday” and “set!”
Earn 30 Sparkle Points for writing a high quality review with a photo/video and 15 Sparkle Points for each high quality review without additional media*
Earn 50 Sparkle Points to subscribe to our YouTube channel
Referrals: Earn cash off!!!
When you refer a friend they receive a 15% off coupon (minimum purchase of $45). Once your friend makes a purchase, you receive a $5 off coupon (minimum purchase of $25)!

How to Redeem your Sparkle Points
You can redeem your Sparkle Points for a discount coupon. 100 points equals $1 in discount coupons. Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem them for coupons. Any additional 100 points is an additional $1 off! Click ‘View’ to redeem and use the slider for the amount desired. Then, hit the ‘Redeem’ button to get your special coupon code. Please note, once you click this button, this cannot be undone! Then use your special coupon code at checkout to receive your reward!

Why am I not earning points?
Please make sure you are logged in to your account and using the same email address so that your Sparkle Points can be applied to your account! You cannot collect Sparkle Points on orders when you check out as a guest so make sure you log in before checking out!
Why did I not get points on my birthday?
Please make sure you set your birthday in the app so that we know when your birthday is otherwise we can’t gift you your points! You can set your birthday with the click of a button. Go to “earning points” “celebrate a birthday” and “set!”
You can only be awarded birthday points for a birthdate that is at least one month away from the day that you make your account. For example, if you make your account the day before your birthday, your points will not be awarded until next year.
Where did my Sparkle Points go?
Once you decide to redeem your Sparkle Points for a Reward, your points balance will drop. You are trading in your points for the Reward coupon code which you can apply to your order. Once you click ‘Redeem’ this action cannot be reversed so decide carefully! Please note that your Rewards Account resets annually so make sure you use your Sparkle Points before they expire!
How do I check my Sparkle Points balance?
To view how many Sparkle Points you currently have you can click the 'Rewards' pop up button on the bottom left of the page.
Do Sparkle Points expire?
Yes, your account resets annually so make sure you redeem your Sparkle Points for rewards so you don't lose them!
Do Reward codes or Referral codes expire?
Yes! Your Rewards code will expire after 6 months. When you refer a friend, they have 30 days to use their 15% off coupon and you will have 30 days to use your $5 off coupon once they do so.
Can I give my Sparkle Points to someone else?
Unfortunately, no, we're sorry. It is not possible for us to transfer points you have collected, they belong only to you.
My Reward code isn’t working! Help!
If your Reward is not working at checkout, it's likely for one of the following reasons:
-Your minimum purchase amount has not been met.
-What looks like a letter O might be a number 0, and vice versa...try both ways or copy/paste your code.
-You're already using a different coupon code.
I forgot to apply my Reward code, can you help?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot apply a Reward code retroactively. If you've checked out and forgotten your Reward, we cannot apply it after the fact, sorry about that.
What about returns?
If your purchase earned points and you return it, those points will be deducted from your point balance. Please be aware that this could create a negative balance.
Can Reward codes be combined with other promo codes?
We’re sorry but it is not possible to use more than one coupon code per order.
How do I earn Sparkle Points for leaving reviews?
What happened to my review? Why didn't I get points for it?
All submitted reviews and questions are reviewed by a team member here at Eureka to prevent bots, spam and unhelpful one word comments so your review will not show until it is approved. Points will be awarded for the review after it has been approved and become visible on the website. We kindly ask customers not to leave reviews mentioning other companies and any such reviews will not be published or awarded points. The best way to be sure to get your review published and earn those points is to write something thoughtful, helpful and sincere that will help other beaders understand more about the product.
How do I earn Sparkle Points for subscribing to the Eureka Crystal Beads YouTube channel?
Just click the 'Subscribe on YouTube' button in the app and you will automatically be subscribed to our awesome AD-FREE YouTube channel and earn your Sparkle Points! Yay!
What's the fine print?
Sparkle Point values for actions can change at any time! Eureka Crystal Beads reserves the right to end this program at any time and without notice. Sparkle Points hold no cash value. Unused Reward codes expire after 6 months. Unused Referral Reward codes expire after 30 days. Total Points reset after 1 year so make sure to use them when you can! The program starts January 12th at noon EST 2021 and does not apply to orders placed before this date. Points can only be collected for product purchases only, shipping fees and taxes will not earn points.
