Marketing, Content & Customer Service Assistant

Remote / Part-time or Contract

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing, Content & Customer Service Assistant to help manage and grow our handmade jewelry supply brand’s online presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting or beading and enjoys a balance of creative work and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Write and send email newsletters using TargetBay, including creating and updating automated email flows
• Write engaging blog posts about beading, jewelrymaking, and creative inspiration
• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva
• Edit short-form videos for social media, product features, and tutorials
• Assist with social media promotion, including scheduling, caption writing, and community engagement
• Provide friendly, timely customer service via email and social media (answering questions, helping with order issues, and sharing helpful resources)
• Help organize and track marketing and customer support activities to keep everything running smoothly

Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing (TargetBay or similar platforms like Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
• Strong writing skills with a clear, friendly voice
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot etc.)
• Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Bonus: Familiarity with beading, jewelrymaking, or crafting
