We’re part of the same creative beading community as you, and we truly value your trust. While our return policy outlines our general guidelines, we always handle each situation personally and with care. If something’s off, please reach out to us, we’ll make sure you’re happy.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love everything you get from Eureka Crystal Beads! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You can return items for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in their original, unused condition.
Shipping charges can’t be credited, and if your return brings your total below $39.99 (our free shipping threshold), we’ll simply deduct the cost of shipping from your credit.

How to Send a Return

Please pack your items carefully in a sturdy box or bubble-padded envelope so they don’t get damaged on the way back. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance (just in case!).
Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the returned items noted — this helps us process your credit quickly. Missing paperwork or incomplete returns may take a little longer and could incur a 20% restocking fee.

If you’d like a different item, no problem — just return the original for store credit and place a new order for what you’d like instead.

Large or Bulk Returns

Returns of five or more SKUs or an entire order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to help us cover handling and inspection time.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items can’t be returned unless they’re defective. These include:

  • Clearance, sale, or discontinued items (including all Swarovski)
  • Chain, wire, or stringing materials that have been cut to length
  • Jewelry kits, sets, patterns, or collections
  • Special orders
  • Any items not in original, salable condition

If these items are sent back, we won’t be able to refund them — instead, we donate them to local art and jewelry programs, so they still find a good home.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If something arrives broken, damaged, or not as expected, please email us at service@eurekacrystalbeads.com. We’ll take care of it right away — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
