Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding holidays. Our team works hard to pack and send your order as quickly as possible — thank you for your patience and support!

Note: During holidays or busy seasons (like big sales or product launches), shipping may take a little longer. We appreciate your understanding if your order takes a few extra days to arrive.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over $39.99 ship free (excludes Puerto Rico and U.S. territories like Guam).
  • Order total must be $39.99 after coupon codes.
  • Free shipping uses our Economy Shipping option.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

Free / Economy Shipping – 2-10 business days

USPS First Class Mail – 2-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days

USPS Express Mail – 1-2 business days

Notes:

  • Once your package is in transit, delivery times are not guaranteed. Only USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight offers a money-back guarantee.
  • Our warehouse is in Boise, Idaho:
    • East Coast orders may take longer
    • West Coast orders usually arrive faster
    • Central U.S. orders fall in between

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Orders reported missing after 60 days cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen or missing.

  • USPS First-Class Package International – 7–21 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail International – 6–10 business days
  • UPS Standard – 2–5 business days
  • FedEx International Connect Plus – 2–5 business days
  • FedEx International Priority – 1–3 business days

Other Countries:

  • First Class Mail International ePacket – 3–30 business days
  • Priority Mail International ePacket – 3–8 business days

Important Notes:

  • Some countries may currently be inaccessible via postal service. Check the latest USPS service updates here.
  • Consider using a package forwarding service if your country is affected.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please allow extra time. Carriers typically allow us to file an investigation only after 60 days.

Using Your Own FedEx or UPS Account:

  1. Place your order using any available shipping option.
  2. Email service@eurekacrystalbeads.com with your carrier account number.
  3. We’ll ship your order using your account and refund any shipping charges paid at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.

EU Customers:

  • The European Union (EU) requires Value-Added Tax (VAT) on all imported goods, regardless of value. VAT and any applicable customs fees are collected by your country upon delivery.
