Recent two orders

Although I love your products, customer service needs some work. Do you really even read these emails? I recently placed two orders at nearly the same time. I wanted to pay for one item because it was nearly sold out. I asked for the two orders to be shipped together to save on shipping. My request was completely ignored and I received both orders separately thus incurring shipping charges. I guess I’ll just take the chance of an item selling out next time.
