What's in the Featherlight Dance Collection?

We are thrilled to introduce The Featherlight Dance Collection, our May 2025 assortment that perfectly bridges the vibrant energy of spring with the mellow warmth of early summer. A beautiful, colorful hummingbird and flowers surrounding it, depicted in the inspiration photo, are the inspiration for this collection, creating a stunning color palette that combines deep and light greens with bright orange, cerulean blue, and shiny gold accents.

A flicker of movement light as breath—an unchoreographed dance in the morning glow. Bright, deep colors sweep past in a blur; emerald green, vivid blue and fiery orange dip toward open petals kissed by dawn. Each beat of delicate wings is a step in nature’s own ballet, effortless and free. In this fleeting moment, motion becomes art, a dance of color and light suspended in time.

Seed Beads: A Dance of Shape and Color

For this Collection, we focused on Miyuki when it comes to seed beads, and we included 6 tubes of these high quality Japanese seed beads in multiple shapes and varieties:

• • 11/0 round beads: you get 2 tubes with two colors: one in a bright, vivid metallic gold and the other in a captivating rainbow-finish blue;
  • 15/0 round beads: a full tube of tiny beads in light matte green, harmonizing beautifully with the Delicas without overpowering any piece;
  • 11/0 Delica beads: an inside-colored bead with a delicate contrast—featuring a lighter green interior with a slightly darker exterior, ideal for bezel settings;
  • 3 mm bugle beads: very useful tube-shaped beads in a gorgeous rainbow dark blue-greenish-purplish hue;
  • Crazy green mix: a unique medley that includes round seed beads in different sizes, twisted bugles, subtle triangle beads, cubes, and drop beads—a versatile mix designed to elevate any creative project.

Crystal Components: Light that Shines from Within

Our crystal components are the heart of radiant design in this collection, embodying the clarity and brilliance of nature’s own gems.

• • Krakovski Crystal Accent Mix: a custom blend featuring 6 stones in our hit Green Sphinx Color: 12 mm and 14 mm rivoli stones, teardrop (or pear-shaped) stones; paired with six Sunshine-color chatons for that extra burst of brilliance;
  • 3 mm Krakovski Crystal Pearls: these soft, light-colored pearls tie the collection together, adding a subtle elegance without overshadowing the other bold elements;
  • 4 mm PRECIOSA Bicones: Exceptionally bright and vivid, these bicones are perfect for adding a luminous accent to any creation;
  • Chinese Rondelle Beads: a long strand with approx.. 150 translucent sparkly green 3x2mm crystal beads;
  • Eureka Basics Faceted Drop Beads: vertically drilled, these cerulean blue drop beads offer a dazzling accent for earrings or fringe designs.

Czech Glass Beads: Smooth, Sleek, and Perfectly Shaped

For the Czech glass beads, we wanted something that would capture the smooth, flowing motion of the hummingbird. The beads we included offer a beautiful mix of shapes that will create dynamic, eye-catching designs:

• • Fire-Polish Beads: featuring both 4 mm and 3 mm variations in matte metallic blue and silver-lined green, these beads are a versatile foundation for numerous designs, simple and more complex;
  • Mini Gem Duos & Regular Gem Duos: these versatile two-hole beads come in two sizes and we included both, the regular in matte yellow gold, and the mini in dark green! They are great for creating mosaic-like or kaleidoscope-style designs;
  • O-Beads: a sizeable pack of slightly darker matte gold O-Beads designed to complement and complete your design, also perfect as elegant spacers.

The Extra: Lunasoft Cabochon

Sometimes, a collection needs that one special item that stands out as truly unique. For this collection, we’ve included a stunninground 18mm Lunasoft Cabochon in a vibrant orange hue. This cabochon adds a joyful, summery vibe to the collection and pairs perfectly with the green Delicas for a bright and beautiful design. It’s perfect for bead embroidery as well as your regular bead weaving, and it will do great for a pendant, or even as a focal point in a hairpiece.

• • Earring posts: featuring side-facing loops that eliminate the need for additional jump rings, these earring findings make beaded earring assembly a breeze. You get a pair in the Collection;
  • Decorative Bail: a unique bail that’s easy to use, perfect for beaded pieces, and ideal for creating stunning pendants;
  • GleamCraft Toggle Clasp: this gold-plated clasp exudes organic, molten-gold charm—it’s a classy and practical solution for any high-end creation.
  • Cymbal Elements: specifically designed to integrate with GemDuos and Mini GemDuos, these elements allow you to finish bracelets, pendants and earrings more easily with a built-in loop; you get 6 of these in the Collection;
  • Crystal Charms: adorned with a rectangle crystal in a lovely green tone, these small charms are an ideal accent piece for bracelets, pendants, or earrings; we included 4 charms in each Collection.
