Toho Takumi seed beads are the same size and shape as regular Toho Rounds but they have holes that are 15% larger than the traditional round Toho Japanese seed beads. A large stringing hole allows for more thread passes through the bead so the Takumi beads are ideal for any more complicated beadweaving design. You can also choose thicker stringing materials in your beadwork by using these beads to achieve more stiffness in your beaded projects.
